We offer shipping on all orders Australia wide via our network of trusted couriers ! Most deliveries are sent via AusPost or a specialty courier, and tracking will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
For especially large items , the additional freight fee will be displayed in your shopping cart. The amount will vary according to the weight of the item and shipping destination within Australia.
Please note that Auspost and our other courier services are 3rd party businesses and The Guitar Centre can not be held accountable for delivery delays during their peak times.
If you live rurally or in a remote area which our couriers cannot access, we will use generally use Australia Post or notify you of an alternative courier to get to those areas.
Processing and Delivery Timeframe
We endeavour to process all purchases promptly and usually dispatch orders within 24 – 72 hours of purchase. As soon as your order is booked for collection with our couriers you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information. Most orders will be delivered within 5 working days from shipping notification. Please allow up to 10 working days to WA.
Please understand that due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, some orders may be subject to shipping delays
Here at The Guitar Centre we do our very best to ensure you receive your order in top condition, quality-checking all purchases before they leave our store, so please keep this in mind prior to contacting us about your order. Our store can easily be accessed from Stanley Street East & Lisburn Street & we have free undercover parking behind our store which is accessed from Lisburn street (on your left hand side!)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases please contact us for a refund/exchange of the product price, excluding freight and insurance costs, within ten days from the original shipping date. This does not include non-stocked items.
Refund/exchange is only given under the following circumstances:
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you; or
- Not doing what they’re supposed to do.
When you buy you should choose carefully. You do not automatically get a refund for simply changing your mind.
A refund will not be given for the following reasons:
- No proof of purchase is offered;
- The customer simply changes his mind;
- The customer bought them for someone else who doesn’t want them;
- The goods have been damaged after the purchase; or
- The customer was made aware of a fault before they purchased the goods.
All returned goods must be in original condition (as sold), include a Return Authorisation from The Guitar Centre at the Gabba, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner’s manual (if applicable), and show No signs of wear and abuse.
